The Republican Jewish Coalition (RJC) has officially thrown its support behind Senator Darline Graham in the upcoming special election in South Carolina. This endorsement signals a strong belief that Graham will continue the pro-Israel legacy of her late brother, Senator Lindsey Graham.

"Senator Lindsey Graham dedicated his life to serving our country and was a steadfast ally of the Jewish people and the cause of liberty in the U.S. Senate," stated RJC national chair Norm Coleman and CEO Matt Brooks. They expressed confidence in Darline Graham to "carry the fight forward."

The late Senator Lindsey Graham, who passed away suddenly earlier this month, was a prominent supporter of Israel. His commitment was highlighted when Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu adjusted his travel plans to attend Graham's funeral services. As chair of the State Department appropriations subcommittee, Lindsey Graham was instrumental in securing financial support for Israel and played a crucial role in advocating for U.S. alignment with Israel in regional conflicts.

In tribute to Lindsey Graham's contributions, the RJC plans to dedicate its annual leadership summit in Las Vegas next month to his memory and introduce the first annual Lindsey Graham Statesman Award.

Senator Darline Graham, appointed to complete her brother's term, recently announced her candidacy in the special primary election to secure a full six-year term, with the endorsement of President Donald Trump.
