I'm Ricky Horne, and I'm running for Baker County Commissioner, District 2. My family has called Baker County home for generations. I proudly served our country in the U.S. Air Force and built businesses that create local jobs. I'm not a career politician. I'm a husband, father, grandfather, veteran, and business owner. I've built businesses, created jobs, managed budgets, and been accountable every single day. When people depend on you for their paycheck, you learn that results matter far more than talk.
