These Terms of Service (TOS) for Fundraising are in addition to the Terms of Service you already accepted to use VoterMaker's many other features.
Welcome to VOTERMAKER. VOTERMAKER provides services related to fundraising and growing an organization (as modified, collectively, the “Fundraising Services”)
through its SaaS-based platform and mobile app (the (as modified, the “Mobile App” and together with the SaaS-based platform, collectively, the “VOTERMAKER Platform”)
for campaigns and political committees, churches, ministries, colleges, schools, universities, associations, nonprofits, and foundations and other fundraising
organizations (each, a “Fundraising Organization” or “you”) and the third parties that provide fundraising services to the fundraising organizations (each, a
“Vendor Organization” or “you” and together with the Fundraising Organizations, collectively, each an “Organization” or “you”) and their donors and other supporters
(collectively, each an “Donor” or “you”).
In addition to the VoterMaker Terms of Services as previously agreed upon for the use of VoterMaker, and any additional supplemental Terms of Services already
agreed to or that you may agree to in the future, your acceptance of downloading and using the data as provided by L2 is subject to and conditional upon your
acceptance of these additional Terms of Services as provided herein.
L2 User Agreement:
By clicking on "I Agree" below, the Data User, certifies that he/she will use any data made accessible to him/her by L2, Inc., in conformance with all applicable
federal, state and local laws whether statutory, regulatory or common law governing either registered voter or commercial consumer data. The Data User represents
and warrants that he/she has informed himself/herself of all such applicable laws and will use the data provided only in conformity therewith. The Data User
further acknowledges his/her awareness of special rules for the use of cell phone numbers as governed by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act promulgated by the
Federal Communications Commission. Data User represents and warrants that no data will be used for immoral or illegal purposes or for assessing credit worthiness,
employment opportunities, insurance claims, eligibility for a license or other benefit granted by governmental authority or for soliciting survivors of deceased persons.
Data User further agrees not to use the data to a) harass, intimidate or threaten others, b) to impersonate any person or entity, toviolate the privacy of individuals
in the data, c) to use the data in communications featuring graphic violence, d) to use the data for the purposes of intentional voter suppression or e) to use the data
to make appeals to voters based on racism, sexism, religious intolerance or any other form of unlawful discrimination. L2, Inc. provides no warranty, express or
implied, as to the accuracy, reliability, utility or completeness of such information. The data are provided on an "AS IS" basis. All warranties of any kind, express
or implied, including but not limited to the IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, freedom from contamination by computer viruses
and non-infringement of proprietary rights ARE DISCLAIMED. Data User should be aware that voter and consumer data can quickly become out-of-date. Data User assumes
all responsibility and risk for his/her use of the data provided herein. The Data User shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless, L2, Inc. and its affiliates and
their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees and court costs, arising out of the
any use by Data User of the data supplied herein.
