CONTRIBUTIONS TO PEDROSO FOR COUNCIL: Contributions are limited to $5,500 per individual, company, or candidate committee per election. New Jersey law prohibits entities operating in certain regulated industries (casinos, financial institutions, insurance companies, and utilities) from contributing. Contributions or gifts to Pedroso for Bridgewater Council are not deductible for income tax purposes.

INFORMATION FOR PARTNERSHIPS OR LLCs: A partnership or limited liability company may not contribute as an entity. However, a check from a partnership or limited liability company may be accepted so long as it is accompanied by a letter allocating the contribution to the individual partner(s) or member(s), and the letter is signed by each contributing partner or member. The letter must include each contributing partner's or member's home address, occupation, and the name and mailing address of the partner's or member's employer.
